Technical requirements for Photos

• Images must be only in supported Raw formats.
• Image size shall be Original. Files you upload shall have original resolution. Images are intended for professional use.
• You must upload RGB JPG Preview of your Raw Photo. From Raw File you should generate a JPG file for Preview. The Long side of the file should not exceed 1024 pixels. JPG file for Preview should look exactly as Raw files, without having applied further processing.
• File size must be less than 200 MB.
• You should be the Author and/or representative of the Author of all files you upload on RawStockPhoto.
• You shall have a valid Model Release for each person represented in your files - see our Adult Model Release and Minor Model Release .
• You shall not upload images representing logos or trademarks.
• You shall not upload images representing constructions, goods or places protected by an intellectual property right - see our Property Release .

• Images must be in RGB JPG format. TIFs, PNGs and PSDs will be declined. CMYK images will also be declined.
• Image size shall not be less than 2400 x 1600 pixels (4MP). Files you upload shall have a resolution above 4 MP. Images are intended for a professional use, so it is strictly forbidden artificially increase the image resolution. RawStockPhoto will automatically create all the different smaller size files from the full resolution file that you upload. Any file smaller than 2400 x 1600 pixels will be declined.
• Images should have normal aspect ratios.
• Files shall not have been re-sized (you must upload your files in their original resolution).
• File size must be less than 30 MB.
• You should be the Author and/or representative of the Author of all files you upload on RawStockPhoto.
• You shall have a valid Model Release for each person represented in your files - see our Adult Model Release and Minor Model Release .
• You shall not upload images representing logos or trademarks.
• You shall not upload images representing constructions, goods or places protected by an intellectual property right - see our Property Release .

• Before you upload, the files must be Zipped. Please do not include personalized text messages or other items not related to your Collection Raw Photos in your ZIP file. ZIP files containing additional messages or anything unrelated to your Collection Raw Photos will be declined.
• File size of the ZIP file must be less than 700 MB.
• You must be upload RGB JPG Preview of your Collection Raw Photos. From any Raw file you should generate a separate JPG file for Preview. The Long side of the file should not exceed 1024 pixels. JPG files for Preview should look exactly as Raw files, without applying any further processing. JPG files for Preview should be archived in a separate ZIP file. Please do not include personalized text messages or other items not related to your Collection Raw Photos in your ZIP file of JPG files for Preview. ZIP files containing additional messages or anything unrelated to your Collection Raw Photos will be declined.
• File size of the ZIP file of JPG files for Preview should be less than 4 MB.
• You should be the Author and/or representative of the Author of all files you upload on RawStockPhoto.
